Room Redo: Desk Inspiration

I was browsing Craftgawker last night and came across this lovely desk!

This is what it looked like before the makeover:

So I thought..."Hmm, those ugly brown desk are at every thrift store out there. I could do that!" So this is on my to do list! Lord willing this will get done in the next few months :-)

I saw this floral fedora in the most recent issue of All*You magazine. Would you believe that is came from Kmart??!! And it's only $6.99!!! I think I'll be getting this soon. Would ya'll wear this? What kind of hats are ya'll wearing this summer?

Leopard Print Love

I love leopard print. In fact, I consider it one of my favorite colors. So, when I saw this post at Uber Chic For Cheap I literally gasped with joy :-)

I think the Old Navy version will be in my closet pretty soon :-)

The Best Yard Sale Deal EVER!!! : Lorrie Deb Vintage Dress

Today Balancing Beauty and Bedlam is hosting a Frugal Fashionista Fashion Show! This is my first time to participate in anything like this so I'm super excited!

Well, I must say, this dress is the best yard sale deal I have EVER made!

This Lorrie Deb vintage dress was a whopping $0.25!

These Gianni Bini heels were $1

The necklace was a graduation gift from my brother :-)

So the grand total for this outfit is $1.25!

And it happens to be one of my favorite outfits too :-)
